To ensure every guest (and our furry friends!) has a peaceful and memorable stay at our family home in Yermal-Uchila, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Maximum Guests: Our 2-bedroom home comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 adults.
Quiet Hours: To maintain the "Quiet Village" vibe of Yermal, we request low noise levels after 10:00 PM, especially in the outdoor seating and terrace areas.
Local Dining: For breakfast, lunch and dinner, we provide a curated selection of delivery menus in your room from the best local restaurants.
We know a beach vacation is better with your best friend! We are a pet-loving property and can’t wait to welcome your furry companions to Mannath Lands End.
To make sure everyone has a safe and tail-wagging stay, please keep a few things in mind:
The Great Outdoors (No Fences): Our property is designed to be open and connected to nature. This means we don’t have compound walls or gates. Since the beach is right there, please keep a close eye on your pets so they don't wander off on an solo adventure!
Safety First: Because the property is open, pet safety is entirely in your hands. We aren't able to take responsibility for any "great escapes" or encounters with local wildlife, so we recommend a leash when exploring the grounds.
Keep it Tidy: To keep the grass green and the sand clean for everyone, please pick up after your pet immediately.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the AC bedrooms. You are welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor seating areas or on the terrace.
Sand Management: We love the beach, but not in our beds! Please use the outdoor tap to rinse off sand before entering the house.
Utilities: Please help us stay eco-friendly by switching off the AC and lights when you head out to the beach.
